1. Customer service – OFFICE (Full time)
Job description:
-Advise customers by phone or in person at the store, the showroom, and trade shows.
-Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on products and services.
-Take orders and enter them into the computer system.
2. Customer Service – STORE (Full time -or- Part time )
Job description:
-Advise customers in person at the store, showroom, and trade shows.
-Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on products and services.
-Responsible for cash register.
Skills and abilities: items 1 and 2
-Bilingual (French and English): Good oral and written communication.
-One to two years of sales experience and / or customer service.
-Having a sense of color scheme in order to properly advise clients.
-Professionalism (must be respectful, courteous and demonstrate confidence in the company and its products.)
-Problem-Solving abilities
-Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
-Good learning ability
-Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software.
3. Reception (Full time)
Job description:
-Greet customers
-Redirect calls, emails and faxes
-Receive and send postal mail
-Invoice verification and filing
-Prepare spreadsheets and type letters
Skills and abilities: item 3
-Bilingual (French and English): Good oral and written communication
-One to two years of experience
-Professionalism (must be respectful, courteous, and demonstrate confidence in the company and its products.)
-Ability to complete several tasks simultaneously
-Good learning ability-Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software.
